PDCM Welcomes Lauren Marlatt

PDCM is excited to welcome Lauren Marlatt to our Employee Benefits team as an Account Manager!

Lauren, a La Porte City native & current Waverly resident, comes to PDCM after working in medical billing and coding for a local physical therapy business.

In her new role as Account Manager, Lauren will work closely with PDCM clients to explain benefits, answer questions, guide them through the enrollment process, work with carriers and service clients’ budget needs.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with friends and family – including her husband, Mitch, and 1-year-old son, Rory. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, going on walks, going to the park, biking, and hanging out on a patio!
