We understand that having a claim is not the ideal situation, and can even be frustrating to handle; which is why we've made reporting a claim easy. Here are a couple quick and simple ways you can file a claim:

Call your Insurance Carrier (ie. Progressive, Auto-Owners, Westbend)- You may have been given their contact information incase of a claim.
File Online- Fill out the form below and a PDCM agent will begin the claims process. If more information is needed, we will give you a call.
