Lauren Mork is an HR Consultant for the HRConnect division of PDCM Insurance. Lauren is responsible for providing consultative HR advice and resources to assist clients’ compliance efforts and improve workplace performance. She has extensive experience with policy design and specializes in creating compliant and customized employee handbooks for HRConnect clients.
Lauren has five years’ experience in external HR consulting and internal HR administration. She is a national and local member for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and she currently serves as President of the Cedar Valley SHRM Board. Lauren also serves on the board for One Cedar Valley.
Lauren is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications.
Lauren and her husband, Taylor, reside in Waterloo.
