We are committed to providing superior customer service to our policyholders at all times. Recently, requests for policy service related to requirements brought about by new home purchases and re-finance activity have exploded far beyond the norm.
In order to respond to these requests in an orderly fashion we have developed a new procedure to facilitate a timely, accurate process. If you would like to request a change to the mortgagee or lienholder interest clause on an existing policy please submit your request.

These requests with complete information will be processed within 48 hours or less. If for some reason, you cannot comply with these requirements your request will be routed for "special handling". However, this procedure will add 3 business days to the minimum processing time.
Finally, we are more than happy to provide an Accord Evidence of Property Form at free of charge to any financial institution. However, should your financial institution require a full copy of the existing policy a $50 per policy fee will be applied and must be paid prior to release of policy information.
